The Lyndon Town School, serving children in PreK-grade 8, seeks a humanities teacher to join our team of dedicated professionals committed to engaging our 5th grade students in a robust educational experience designed to meet their unique needs.
We seek a creative, passionate teacher with a sense of humor and a desire to foster a genuine love for reading, writing, and social studies in our students.
Our humanities program inspires a love of history, geography, culture, literature, poetry, and drama while cultivating independent thinkers and writers.
The humanities classes feature interdisciplinary curricula in which students apply theories and concepts through the Teachers College Units of Study (UoS).
The individual will be part of the fifth grade professional learning team composed of a special educator, science and mathematics teachers, and a literacy specialist.
Our district provides coaching and a supportive administration.
Kingdom East School District is located in the heart of a vibrant community in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont.
We operate seven preK-8th grade schools ranging from 60 to 500 students.
Our high school students have choice and may opt to attend one of the traditional independent schools -- Lyndon Institute or St.
Johnsbury Academy -- or another high school of their choosing.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
